Added a two-layer surface adaptation for structured grids. Many options included to suit a variety of use cases (e.g. boundary-layers, inner shocks, off-body distances).
Improved the structured grid surface adaptation smoothing so it accounts for the actual surface coordinates as opposed to wall distance. The smoothing can be controlled with Cartesian location or surface curvature to account for blunt leading-edges, for example.
Improvements crucial to stability analysis as it requires smooth grids tailored to the boundary layer, especially for separated regions.
